Fraudulent Coupons Again? Ugh!

I took the Nestle's Hot Chocolate coupons to Walmart today and was told they will not accept them because they have to be redeemed in El Rio, TX. They said any coupon with that address will not be accepted because they cannot be reimbursed for them. The CSM told me those were to be considered fraudulent. Has anyone else had this problem?

I used 2 of the Nestle coupons yesterday that came out of the paper without any problems. I redeemed them at Publix and they were even doubled (I think)!

These were the ones that were printed off the internet. Didn't try any from the newspaper.

My Walmart will not accept any internet coupons. I even printed off the coupon policy from their website, but the manager still refused. I guess they think of any excuse to refuse them there. Thankfully, we have many other options here in Atlanta, so I rarely have to go to Walmart!
